10 BASIC CHILDREN RIGHTS

RIGHT TO LIFE 




The right to life is, without a doubt, a natural right of the primary or native that every human being has, since its existence is unquestionable even life itself is an event, originarioe irreversible; clear from a of view entirely natural.








 RIGHT TO HEALTH


The World Health Organization defines the right to health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social" that "is not just access to health care, but also access to all goods and services that are essential for a healthy life or leading to it "





 RIGHT TO EDUCATION

Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms




RIGHT TO EQUALITY



The right to equality is inherent right that all human beings have to be recognized as equal before the law and enjoy all other rights granted unconditionally, ie, without discrimination as to nationality, race, creed or otherwise.








RIGHT TO FAMILY




Family law is the set of legal rules and institutions governing personal and property relations of members that make up the family, each other and with third parties.








RIGHT TO PEACE


It is a right that belongs to all mankind, and that came as a result of the events during the Second World War, and the aftermath of this that determined the existence of the Cold War, involving two great powers, the communist USSR and the capitalist United States in an arms race that put the entire planet in a risky situation the outbreak of nuclear war.





RIGHT TO PROTECTION

Children and adolescents are entitled to respect for their personal, physical, psychological, cultural, emotional and sexual. Not be subjected to torture, cruel and degrading treatment.





RIGHT TO FOOD


The right to food is a human right recognized by international law, which protects the right of all human beings to feed oneself in dignity, either producing their own food or purchasing it.









RIGHT TO FREE EXPRESSION


The right to free speech is one of the most fundamental, and is essential to the struggle for the respect and promotion of all human rights. Without the ability to review librememte, to denounce injustice and cry changes - man is condemned to oppression.




RIGHT TO A NAME


The children have the right from birth to a name and nationality. This right, like the rest forming the Declaration, will be granted to all without exception small distinction or discrimination based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin , property, birth or other status, whether of himself or of his family.

DEFINITION


                                     

The convention on the rights of the child is a treaty internationally recognized rights of children in 41 essential items and establishes in international law for states parties the obligation to ensure that all children,without any    discrimination the benefit of a number of special measures protection and assistance,access to education and medical care conditions to fully develop their personalities,abilities and talents,an environment to grow with happiness,love and understanding and information on how they can achieve thir rights and be part of the process in a participatory manner.
